What we collect

We use a random browser ID to understand how visitors use our site: pages visited, projects viewed, scroll depth, gallery images viewed, file options selected, cart changes, and checkout button clicks. We also record the time, device category, browser, country provided by our hosting service, referring website, and campaign tags attached to a visit.

If you enter a valid email in the cart, we save that address with your visit as you type, even if you do not continue to checkout. We use it to associate your project delivery details with your selection. A browser ID may remain the same across visits on the same browser. A new visit starts after 30 minutes of inactivity. Changing browsers or clearing browser storage creates a new ID.

What we do with this information

We use this information to understand interest in our house plans and measure our advertising. The site sends these events to its own analytics service on Cloudflare. The owner dashboard requires a password. Event details do not contain passwords, payment details, recordings of your screen, or text from other form fields. The project delivery email is the only form field collected. A checkout click records your interest in proceeding with the selected project files.

Storage and your choice

Our analytics records are retained for up to 90 days and removed during routine processing. Your browser stores a random ID and temporarily keeps events that could not yet be sent. We respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals.

You can turn off analytics in this browser below. This choice stops future events and removes your analytics ID and unsent events from this browser. It does not delete previously stored records.
